Service was not good. There were 5 customers in line waiting to order with only one staff , a middle age guy, working and... handling all the orders whereas 5 other young staff chitchatting, laughing and ignoring the customers. Felt bad for thegentleman Read more
Staff friendly and is working on improving. They need to have split shifts for morning runs. Also they choose ignore dine in to... assist on takeout, Why? Split shifts work give the option to the employees. Other than that their not to bad. This is myopinion. Read more
Staffs are friendly and polite. All tables are clean. Foods are fresh.
I have given this location my business for over a year and it has been inconsistent but lately it has seemed to become worse.... Today my chicken wrap came wet, over-packed with (slow cooked) chicken, drippy, and torn in multiple places. I was in thedrive-thru and they gave me no napkins to clean up with. I asked for a large oat milk latte and they gave me a cup filled withcream (dairy) and what looked to be only one shot of espresso. I am lactose intolerant and cream makes me sick. My chicken wrapis inedible, it looks disgusting and it is falling apart and getting all over the place and I have no napkins to clean myself upwith. Additionally, the crispy chicken is constantly rubbery and hard to chew. Like it was prepared early and left out allday. Overall I have had bad experiences with terrible communication and service at this location. They are usually short, andunfriendly. Your drive through workers regularly hold our the card terminal while looking in the other direction and never say aword when giving you the food. I ordered a couple of Bkfst Sandwiches and they tasted better than average. But the level of service is mediocre. Waited for 5... minutes to order, with no one in front of me, as 5 employees chatted amongst themselves and at times, assisted the Drive Thruwindow. Even when I did order, the person taking my order wasn't present, and I had to repeat myself 3 times, I'm not sure thefirst two attempts were even recognized as attempts by this employee. Then eventually, they launched my bag with the Sandwichestowards me and I asked repeatedly for a napkin. Why isn't there napkins in the bag and why do you have to beg for napkins andnobody is listening. I hate going here but the others in my party wanted coffee, so we stopped but it's just a big mistake to gohere. Read more
