Was told my order did not matter, questioned why they would have a menu at all if nothing was available, the attendant became... "violent". Never going to service the location again, also going to make sure others avoid it as well *Edit Round 2 I wasoffered 70 points for my Tim Hortons card, I balked at it as I don't have one and feel that paying for 1/2 a coffee doesn't seemsufficient. This went up the line, I was the offered a free breakfast...which after tonight figuring, give it another shot, themanagement talked to their staff...4 different orders refused, don't have this don't have that. Can't even make a LondonFog...why would I accept their free breakfast, I'm sure I would need to show up between 5:15 & 5:18 so they could be sure theyhad ingredients on site. This place is poorly managed, understaffed and poorly trained. Baker only on-site until 8, cross-trainyour people? Stop running out of product...but unable to make a London Fog? Seriously did you run out of steam? Place is a joke. Read more

I came through the drive thru last night after work and I ordered a chicken noodle soup. The girl taking my order was laughing... with her co worker about something and I found her rude. I get home and the soup has a dead fly in it and the bun that comeswith it looked like it had bites out of it. Not happy!! Read more

Went through the drive through and used a coupon off my app. When I asked the man working the windows how much my bill was... before the coupon (two bagels and two coffee?s) he said $17. I expressed that there is no way two coffee?s and two bagels were$17. He continued to yell at me that I was wrong and not listen to what I was asking. I couldn?t believe this attitude to acustomer that is asking a simple question. Worst service 8 have ever experienced. Sept 5/22 @ 9:22am. Read more

Only 2 stars because occasionally my order is made the way its supposed to and im not rushed out of the drive through. At the... the speaker they're yelling at you and speaking fast to the point where they're getting your order wrong or not hearing whatyou're trying to tell them. Somehow, in the 10 seconds it takes to drive from the speaker to the window...an entire food orderis ready. Usually I'd be be impressed with fast service but at tims that means quality is not as good. I usually get abreakfast wrap with a muffin and coffee. My wrap, if ready that quick, is barely even grilled and still cold. One time I orderedinside and I've literally seen staff finish making the wrap, put it on the grill for a second or two then take it off. At tims, youre supposed to press a 20second timer on the grill then put it in the box. Im sure sandwiches that are not grilled are ok,but anything thats put on that grill is usually of poor quality. LAstly, how the staff rush you at the window is just plainoffensive. As you go around the corner theyre peaking out the window waiting...some times with the machine already hanging outthe window for you to pay. When you pull up they literally push it closer, some times in to your car...almost always with thescreen not even visible so you have no idea what youre paying for unless you bend it. As soon as the beep goes, the machine isripped away and whoever is holding your order is practically throwing it in to your car. One time, As i was paying, the personholding my food was actually trying to push past the other person holding the machine to give me the food. I dont understandthis rush at the window. Is there some kind of incentive or quota they're trying to attain? rushing an order and the customerat the window is starting to become extremely annoying, and I purposely drive slower, grab one item at a time, and put my walletaway slow just so these people can take a chill pill for a second. No complaints about the woman on the till. Very nice. The stars are for her. No stars for anyone else. Approx 9 a.m. on... 5th/July/22 I ordered a grilled cheese with double bacon. The girl making sandwiches, etc., was very busy chatting and laughingwith the other girls, or the girl at the takeout window. Loud and boisterous. Another order after mine was filled first. Minecame as an afterthought, I'm guessing, since I was standing with my coffee for some time, with the woman at the till looking alittle uncomfortable with me still waiting. Still all the loud chatting and laughing. When I opened my sandwich, it was onlygrilled on one side, with the cheese, bacon, and top cheese missing 1/5th of one end of the bread altogether, and not melted onthe end where the cheese, unappetizingly, was sticking out. Also big blob of the top cheese on this end too. I was afraid tobring it back. I'm making my way back home to S. Ontario from Saskatchewan, and was worried that a complaint might make me atarget of a worse sandwich. The girls seemed more interested in loudly chatting and laughing than doing their jobsproperly. Not good customer relations. Tim's should have a higher standard than that. I felt bad for the woman at thetill.???? Read more
