Like other places at this time they were understaffed. We waited 20 minutes just to get seated, the place was not busy at all.... However we got our food it was great, everyone was happy. The one waitress they had did an excellent job. Read more

Ate here for Sunday lunch. Food was very good. Steak cooked perfectly as requested, and chicken broccoli alfredo was very good. ... No wait, a little slow, but doing their best for small crew. We weren't in a hurry anyway. Friendly staff. We want to supportthe businesses affected by the road construction, was worth the trouble to get there. Read more
The server we had was very nice and took care of the table nicely and fairly quickly (which is why there is a 2 star rating,... instead of 1 star). I do believe we got food poisoning here. This was the last meal we had for the day and the next day in thebathroom constantly throughout the day. I will probably not eat at the Kenosha or the Racine locations; both locations arepretty bad. Disappointing! It was a week night so it was not busy. We were seated at a table that was sticky/dirty. After having it cleaned... we ordered. Food was served with SEVERAL hairs in 3 or our 4 orders. The atmosphere was dry. It felt like everyone wasmiserable. Very very disappointed. Oh well., Scratch another restaurant chain off the list. Bummer! We used to love the pretzelsticks app. Read more
I think over the years Applebees has taken a dip in their food as well as their restaurants. Most of our meals felt Ike they... were prepackaged and a bit stale.. The place was pretty dingy with crayon all over the walls. There was a menu stuck to thewall with grime right next to our booth. Overall, we had a hot meal and a good time as a family, but I don?t think I?ll go backin the near future. Read more
I do understand that they're short on servers, but waiting over an hour for our food and drinks, and having my drink served... like this rather than how it's advertised. & never got our appetizer! Won't be coming back until the service improves. Read more
First time here in years. So glad we came. Although they were short staffed, it seemed the whole restaurant pulled together to... meet customers needs!! The cooks were even running out orders. Only one server was working but she absolutely rocked it! We gotthe 2 for $25 sirloin steaks with mashed potatoes and our steaks were perfect. Our appetizer was spinach artichoke dip and itwas fresh, hot, and satisfying. I definitely look forward to coming back here. Read more
