Very nice customer service, but the roast beef sandwich wasn't to they're standard my husband was not pleased with it
Their customer service is outstanding. Food is always fresh, hot, and not rushed. The employees are extremely friendly as well.
Stopped in at Arby?s Monday afternoon about 1:30 and it was pretty quiet. Ordered regular roast beef and a water for dine in,... $5.16 and the service was fast and friendly. The sandwich however, Was cold and the bun soggy! I asked for if the sandwich hadbeen sitting for a while and the clerk said yes about 15 minutes in the warmer. Meanwhile, the warden overheard the conversationand said what is wrong with the sandwich and I replied it is hot and not fresh. The warden corrected me and said people aremistaken that the sandwich?s are not hot they are warm. So I guess I got stuck with my cold sandwich that had been sitting awhile. The reality is they make them in advance because they don?t have enough help so they stack em up you hit the drivethrough and off you go with a sandwich that has been sitting a while. One of the better Arby's when I'm passing through the area off of highway 50. The staff is very friendly and helpful.... Consistently good food. Read more
Overall a decent place. Service was good and the food was what you expect. It got really busy after we ordered and we watched... them slow down tremendously and customers get frustrated. Read more

Good food. Quick service. When was the last time you saw tv screens with green font?! The bathroom is pretty scary but it is... clean and there really isn?t anything the staff can do without a remodel. Read more
