Had never eaten at BWW before. They weren't too busy so the food was served pretty quickly. The server wasn't overly friendly... and got my order wrong. I just decided to keep what was brought. No sooner than I started to eat the wings, the waiter broughtout the right order and told me to take the original order home with me. Kudos to him for owning his error. This location is not managed well at all. This is the second time we've come in and sat for at least 30 minutes before being... helped. But this time no one came. I brought my husband, who is a veteran, out for the veterans day special. They weren't eventhat busy while we were there. We watched as two waiters tried to fix a TV. None of the servers were friendly or smiling orwelcoming. Even the host who seated us signed heavily when asked if we could sit in a booth (which there were multiple open). So, we left and as we were walking out the manager said, "thanks for coming!" That was the only communication we got the wholetime we were there. Buffalo wild wings in Kenosha Wisconsin Terrible food everything undercooked no taste. My brother got food poisoning only reason... I went to that place was because Texas Roadhouse was too packed. Even the drinks were water down. Food makes you feel superbloated. I do believe whoever is cooking their food does not wash their hands. Would rate zero stars, but need one for a review. Stood in the doorway for 20 minutes, waiting to even be seated. The family of... four in front of us had been waiting for 20 minutes before we'd arrived, and we were told another family in front of them hadleft. A group of 4 behind us left after 5 minutes of waiting behind us. 5 different servers on staff managed to look at ourgroups waiting at least a dozen times each on their trips to and from the kitchen, but no one even addressed us during thattime. I... guess the horrible customer service goes all the way to the corporate level. Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered onlinefor delivery. Didn't receive any of the utensils or dips (that I paid extra for) and also received the wrong beverage. Calledthe store to see if they could fix the issue (I am at work a 2 minute drive away but don't have a vehicle) and was told the bestthey can do is a partial refund. Great service-close to Action Territory in Kenosha. We bought All Day Wrist Bands for Action Territory-left to get some good... food here-then went back to play!!
