we just went through the drive through at this burger king. ordered 2 whopper meals 1 with fries & 1 with onion rings. halfway... through our order a different voice came onto the speaker & seemed to be talking to a whole different person about a differentorder ? then they figured it out & we finished our order, pulled up to the front waiting for our food. they forgot our drinks &gave us no onion rings. terrible service. Worst Burger King location I have ever been to. Tried to get breakfast at 7:15 this morning, pulled up to the drive thru and... was told that the location was closed and to come back during normal business hours. According to the website, confirmed 4weeks ago, they open at 7AM. Even when they are open, they goof up my order almost every time. I guess they don't want mybusiness, as I will NOT be going back ever. Read more
Oh my gosh, this is the worst Burger King in history. I ordered a combo and when they gave me the price, it seemed like way too... much. I asked them about it and they said it was $8.99 plus tax. I told them the board said it was $8.49. He shouted at me, "Idon't care what the board says! I care what my monitor says!" I told him that was false advertising and he told me to never comeback. I have been to this location twice. Both times they said they were having ?system issues? and couldn?t take any orders. This was... at about 830 at night and this location closes at 9. So I?m sure the ?system issue? was they just didn?t want to do any workbefore they left. I went down the street each time to the other Burger King and their systems were working just fine. I amshocked that this location hasn?t gotten shut down yet. Never eat at that location!!! Read more
Just picked up a medium whopper meal and was shocked it was almost $11. It's been a while since I've had BK so I thought I would... check the receipt after I got home. No receipt in the bag. My Dr. Pepper was so watered down I tossed the whole thing after ataste. The only positive was it was very quick, but I was also the only order in line. Won't be returning. Read more
Ordering with their mobile app is a disapointent, still have to wait in the drive thru line and announce yourself at the order... window before they start your order so there is absolutely no benefit to using the app! Signs say skip the line but you can'tdo so. I'll be sitting and waiting at the window for my food until they fix this problem or remove their app. Read more
Went through the drive-thru Sunday at approximately 11am. Started ordering one whopper with cheese cut in half, a second whopper... with cheese cut in half and the attendant said we don't cut them in half. My response was I have always get them cut in halfwith no problem and he said well not at this store. So I left and went to Jimmy John's. It is obvious that this Burger Kingneeds new management and staff!! My order was a lot larger than that but I left due to the terrible customer service. Read more
