I went thru the drive thru around 9pm, and my burger was sooo good and so perfectly made I didn?t even care or remember if the... service was good or not. I swear it looked like a burger from a commercial. Read more

The crew is always friendly and the food and desserts are great. FYI: No coupons can be used with drive thru. You need to go... inside. Read more

I like Dairy Queen. I don't like the rude big dude, with the long finger nails working the register. Clearly, it shows he's... very unhappy to be working there. He had no customer service and talked to customers like idiots when we ordered the simplebanana split. He impatiently asked if we wanted it as a blizzard or not. We told him we wanted the regular banana split and, still on his know-it-all ego trip, he impatiently demanded what size! The banana split ONLY comes in ONE SIZE! Who's the idiot? Read more

This location is very finicky about accepting coupons on the DQ app. I love DQ. I also LOVE a BOGO coupon for a blizzard, I?m... not going to lie. But?.. sadly?. This location, despite having nice staff and great hours, is very fussy about accepting couponsfrom the DQ app (and probably any other coupons if they exist) so, don?t drive out of your way to use a coupon here, you willprobably leave disappointed, as we did tonight. For many times I came to this DQ, they had a sign on their drive they sayingthey didn?t accept coupons in the drive thru. OK- no problem, I can park and come in. Now they have had problems accepting theminside as well. At first it was ?oh our scanner isn?t working today? and now it is ?it stopped working so we just won?t honorit?. Hmmmm?. OK. No problem. There is a Culver?s across the street that mails me coupons on physical paper and they don?t seemto have a problem accepting them. So, if you?re hoping to use your DQ app to score a deal, I would maybe try the other DQ?s inthe area. Or sign up for the Culver Club emails. Read more

It's been ages since I've been to a dairy queen and was excited to go. I definitely had to get a blizzard, the raspberry bliss... and fudge was fantastic! My mom got a banana split, she loved it and really needed one of these. Perfect for after a hotday. The only bad thing that happened was this random, fake red headed woman with her brood, complaining about getting a cupand not a cone for their smallest. She belittled and berated these anazing hard workers, saying "they obviously can't understandenglish" She got her cone. Then said, "wow, looks like you CAN understand English. Thank you." Didn't bring our mood down assoon as she was gone. We still had a great time regardless of a certain Karen darkening the door. Read more

Ordered a cake online and was given the price when I ordered it. I went to pick it up and was charged another $3.99 for ?premium... decorations?. I thought I missed something online, the only place I could find was under the customizing section saying you maybe up charged for ?additional or special ingredients requested?. All I had asked for was writing on the cake. This is how awfulthe handwriting and spacing was and underlined for some reason. They also smeared the frosting boarder while writing. I have toredo the writing on my own. There are also about half of the flowers actually pictured on the original order. I would not havecared about the quality of writing or the lack of flowers nearly as much if I wasn?t charged for them! Why did I have to payextra for premium decorating for something that has to be redone and it messed up other parts of the cake? I don?t really blamethe employees just the policies and price gouging.
