FOOD POISONING! My fiancé and I both barely made it an home and hour after eating here. This was 2 months ago and somehow his... post isn?t showing in their reviews. We BOTH ended up in the ER for fluids because 2 days later we were still very sick from it.They seemed not to care when we called. Later we called corporate offices and never heard back from them either. This was allvery difficult especially while I needed to try and supply milk to our 3 month old. Disappointed, chopped brisket was stringy. It was cut incorrectly and that made it difficult to eat. I ordered three pounds of... meat and then noticed that for the same price I could have got that plus 4 sides. Staff should have known the menu better andsuggested that. Read more
The brisket was just right in tenderness. The Mac and cheese could've been a bit better, and the BBQ beans were a bit of a... disappointment. The sauce made up for it, however. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly. Read more
Honestly what a disappointment. This was our first time back with what seems to be new owners and it was awful. The smoked... brisket is a joke pretty sure it was jack links beef jerky honestly couldn?t chew some parts. The inside of the restaurant wasvery dirty our shoes were sticking to the floor. This was my first time at a Dickey's chain. I enjoyed the food, unfortunately the food was just warm, the only thing that was... hot was the green beans. I will definitely give the chain another try. This store could be cleaner though. We had the brisketMac and the 2 meat meal jalapeño kielbasa, and brisket the mashed potatoes and green beans. I had the spicy sauce. Read more
It was kind of disappointing. It was around 6:30pm. I ordered the 2 meat special, fries and a drink. The total was somewhere... around $16. The portion size was disappointing and the beef was dry. The ribs were okay. If I was from out of town abs this wasmy first visit, it would be my last. However, I have been here before, so I know this isn't typical. I'll give them anotherchance. Read more
