I ordered 2 pizzas from this location and was literally told that I should have eaten the pizza right away if it isn?t it will... dry out! I spoke to Josh manager very rude and argumentative , rude and talked over me when I tried to explain the quality of mypizzas. He told me to call whoever I wanted he is very busy ???? I will never go back to 81st and Sheridan domino?s nor will myfriends and family. Thanks Josh for nothing!! I literally live 4 blocks away. Read more

First time we tried it. Got the thin crust pizza. Best Pizza crust ever. Pizza was great. I've been in Kenosha WI since 1967.... The town is steeped with Itian family resturants and Pizza places. This is due to all the Itians who immigrated here to work atthe AMC automotive plants. So, I think Domino's holds its own in a community where Pizza chains normally fail. Read more
I have ordered multiple times, for my mother who is in a nursing home only 3 blocks away. Whoever they have answering phones... now, is clueless and needs to learn basic customer service skills! And I seriously mean, just the basics!!!! Not only that,instead of following protocol and ruining the bell and actually handing it to a live person, the lazy delivery driver left it inthe vestibule! The last 3 times we have ordered pizza and wings we have gotten so sick. I usually love dominos wings that?s why I gave it... another chance , but after the THIRD time of us getting super sick and having to call off from work we will not be ordering fromhere again. They don?t cook the pizza and chicken All the way because they are so focused on trying to get it delivered fast,like I don?t want UNCOOKED FAST food , I want cooked slow food if that?s the case . I was visiting my sister from out of town and she got us a pizza from this location. When the pizza arrived it was burned. She... called back and tried to speak with the manager Josh but he hung up in her face. When she called back she asked if he hung upand he happily said yes. Then he laughed while telling her the pizza wasn't burned and the way it came was her fault. Poorcustomer service. I am happy I am not from Wisconsin if that's how their customer service is out here.
