We each got a giant a week ago. I got a giant tonite. Was asked if I was in the loyalty club I said no. Nothing further was... said. Wonder what 3 giants get in the loyalty club? Cutting board was covered in lettuce. Employee scraped all the lettuceback into the lettuce bin. Unsanitary & unappetizing. Sandwich was sort of cut in quarters but had to finish tearing each oneapart. Napkins would have been a nice touch. The food is really good but the rest of the visit was pretty disappointing.Three stars because of the food. Rest of the visit was a solid one star. I won't be rushing back. Read more
Great service open before lunch amazing sandwiches . The loyalty program gets you free subs what else can you ask for.
Almost every time I order from this location the food is either wrong or not ready. I?ve never been to a restaurant where there... are more people behind the counter doing less. It?s frustrating that the service is so atrocious because the food is normallypretty good. Read more
Subs are dry, no mayo or anything. Even getting it Mikes Way, the sub was very dry and disappointing. People are nice and... friendly, food sucks. Read more
The store was slammed with orders even though it is 7pm. These kids running the place are busting butt. Sandwiches are great!... Just a bit too heavy on the oil and vinegar. We will definitely be back if we are in the area. Kudos on some very awesomeemployees. Read more
Even though I am disabled and have a heck of a time going in places, they absolutely refused to bring my order out to me, and... when I went in to get it there were two people pretty much standing around. The sandwiches however we're great. Read more
Sooooo I have a taste for a sandwich after trying one in Chicago Amtrak station,so I order a Philly cheese and a turkey... provolone the Philly was so frickin salty and the turkey had oil dripping down my arm.$30 worth of bad food????????
