I usually like the food and service. This time we sat at the bar to order carry out. When the bartender finally approached us it... was half hearted service after we both declined anything to drink. When another customer came in she gave great service byletting him know how long the order would take and the cost. After sitting for a while I addressed the issue with the bartenderby asking if we did anything to cause the treatment we received. She said no, it's that she was so busy. There were two youngladies waiting for their order and a party of about 6 already eating and drinking when we entered. As we placed our order shewas focused on the people leaving the party of 6 and did not hear when I said the order was to go. I asked if she packed thefood to go, she did not. I then asked how much and how long before our order because she told the guy who came in 7 minutesafter us when she replied that she was busy and didn't know we wanted our pizza to go. It was then that she let the kitchen k owour order was to go, gave us our total then said the pizza will be ready in 10 minutes. The smile she wore was forced as shespoke to us but genuine when she spoke with others. I paid the bill and still left a 20% tip, in case she felt we weren't goingto tip. This is the second time I've received this treatment when placing a to-go order. This establishment has one final chanceto do right, if not, I won't be back or order from them again. I chose this place because the first two times the service wasgreat even when I held a meeting of women earlier this year. Read more

Kaiser's is a Kenosha staple of food quality. Although my wife and I rarely visit, when we do it is worth the wait. Two people,... appetizer and pizza for just over $20?! How can you beat that (fast food pizza can't). The wait staff is always available andattentive, the food is always great (taste, quality, and hot), and the atmosphere is what you would expect of restaurant firsttavern second. I look forward to returning whenever that may be, and I recommend if you haven't that you give them a try! Read more

Waitress was Great, it was busy as we expected. We should have tried the DEEP dish pizzas, but the pizza we ordered was... delicious. If you're out of state eating in the restaurant try the deep or just go home haha. We had never seen pizzas as deepas theirs! Give a try, I'm sure you won't regret it. Read more

Dined in with a friend, my husband and our two kiddos for the first time. Wasn't too busy when we first arrived, but then... suddenly everyone started coming in. Food was good, but it took quite a while to arrive while other tables who came in later fortheirs. It was so busy we didn't have the same server so never got our refills but overall was ok. I'd try it again. Read more

Another great experience at Kaiser's of Kenosha I forgot how good their pizza was we are so blessed in this town to have so many... great pizza places and this my opinion is one of the top two! They have half price pizza night and I can eat pizza night theservice is always spectacular , they're quick and the good comes out nice and hot! only drawback is it's a little bit loud inthere sometimes. They have a very good beer selection for me... and fancy drink specials for the wife also! Read more

I am currently sitting inside the restaurant waiting for my remake pizza. I ordered gluten free with Canadian bacon and green... peppers. My husband got regular pizza with cheese and mushrooms. When I saw my pizza I was kind of happy looked pretty good. However when I tried to take a bite I damn near broke my teeth the crust was hard as a rock. My husband's pizza looked horriblefrom the start but he's not one to complain. I told my waitress that my pizza was overcooked and could she have them remake it.She took it to the kitchen and came back with it saying they wouldn't remake it because it would be the same. She sent themanger over to me and I told him that all he has to do is cook it a little less. He said it wouldn't help so I pointed to myhusband's overcooked pizza and said ok what's your excuse for his? In the end they remade my pizza and it was much better. Ifyou're going to eat here gluten free tell them in advance not to overcook. I doubt a lot I'll ever go back. Never heard I'msorry no discount of any kind. Not a great experience. The photos I've added are my husband's burnt pizza with mushrooms and myremade gf pizza with green onions and canadian bacon Read more

We like it here. Place is clean, good food, nicer ambience and great staff. Although, they are currently understaffed I didn't... feel like we waited a long time for our food. Nice thing is they tell you ahead of time and just ask for your patience. Wewent on Thursday which was one of the all-you-can- eat-pizza days. My husband got Italian sausage, I got Italian beef withonions and peppers added. They were both good. Not a bad price for the meal. We've also had the Kaiser's special..it wasdelicious. We come here often :) Read more
