Every table was dirty and I got there at 12:15 so they had to have been dirty since yesterday. All patrons coming in after me... would wander around trying to find a clean table but would end up cleaning it themselves before they sat down Also the clerkchanged my order to not include fries. Cleanest and friendliest KFC in Southeastern Wisconsin. Not hype - just truth. Visit and be impressed.
Usually this KFC is a very fast stop. But the food was fresh and put together like the pictures.
I was looking forward to dining in but the lobby was closed and they force you to only take online, or drive-thru orders. Not... worth jumping through your hoops to place an order, it's OBVIOUSLY CLEAR you don't want business except Corporate Doordash =( Read more
I rarely am this angry at a place to leave a review with this much venom, but this place has let me down for the last time. I am... done with this location. I worked in restaurants for 20 years of my life and never have I seen a place that is consistentlyletting me down. I know you close at 9... you CLOSE at NINE, you don't leave at 9. Also any money you get pays to keep youworking and EARNING your money. They close early, they shut their fryers off... it's 845 and your fryers are off, yet yousupposedly close at 9. I know it's hard getting people, but if this is the best you can do, do everyone a favor: shut the doorsand close for good!! I went into the Pleasant Prairie WI location to get some lunch at 2 pm. Every single table was disgustingly filthy. No thanks.
I work late, so my wife picked up a 12 piece dinner for me tonight. When I got home I opened the bucket of chicken. Thinking she... purchased an 8 piece meal I told her that there were no breasts in the bucket. 4 thighs, 2 wings and 2 legs. She showed me thereceipt and she was charged for a 12 piece meal. This is an absolute rip off. We were charged $32+ for 8 pieces of chicken withno breasts.. I promise you in the morning many phone calls will be made about this transaction. Ordered 4original wings biscuit and drink. Got 4 chicken strips biscuit fries and drink. Went back to counter explained the... problem. This time I got 4 crunchy chicken wings that I don't care for the taste same fry that is ice cold by this time and mycold biscuit. The only thing I got right was my drink which I poured myself.
