they used to be my favorite place until they served me and my boyfriend rotten food twice, then the third time he got food... poisoning. One day they served us rotten chicken that smelled so bad as soon as i bit into it i was gagging in the trash. itstunk up my whole kitchen and living room so i had to take it out to a dumpster. when we complained they gave us a free mealwhich also had rotten chicken. we stopped ordering from this place for a while until one day we decided to give it another try.the other day we got a gyro and fish from them and my boyfriend ended up getting horrible food poisoning and missing work. thereis one waitress who is a sweet heart and has amazing customer service. i wish i could give her 5 stars. but there is anothergirl who acts completely ghetto and rude and talks about sex and smoking weed to customers. The staff was very pleasant however, we ate in and when we got our check we were charged for fountain drinks. Which would?ve... been fine had we been given a choice of fountain drink or can keep in mind the can drink came with our meals. When asked aboutthe extra 4 dollar charge for both drinks her reply was well you guys ordered fountain drinks. Which was a lie because all shedid was give us a list of which drinks they offered not one time did she tell us which ones actually came with the meal so ofcourse we assumed the drinks she brought out were a part of it! The food I got was bland and soggy. The only good part of my meal was the sweet potatoes. I was very disappointed in my meal.... The green beans and potatoes had a bad taste,the mac n cheese was dry and kind of burnt, the smothered chicken and gravy wassoggy and bland. This place is charging 11.99 for a dinner and you're only getting a scoop of each side. 4 wings in bland gravyis not worth it. Read more
The best soul food I've ever had! I went with a friend, and since we weren't in a rush, it wasn't really an issue that the food... takes some time. Don't expect it to be super fast. Your patience will be rewarded. Read more
Store was very cold, everyone wearing jackets. N9 service with a smile. But food was good and served warm.
