I only come here for my hot and spicy mcChickens, after being told they were out I asked if I could have a buffalo sauce to make... them spicy because they didn?t not have any, I was given attitude and told the same thing over and over. They complete disregardtheir customers and probably think it?s is a good job to be messing people over. Read more
Was at this McDonald?s location had one of the rudest workers take my order by the name of Jamie no customer service skills... whatsoever and order a HC Orange that taste like water with orange food coloring add!! Will think twice before ever goingback???? Read more
The driver through "customer service" is terrible. When I had to correct the employee on my order he rolled his eyes took my... card like I made the mistake. Why even woke there if you're so miserable?! This use to be the best one in town and it'sliterally the worst now, Pershing might even be better. Read more
It?s a five star McDonald?s. Our orders are typically large and we?ve never had anything forgotten or cold. Today we had 2... mcchickens, 2 cheeseburgers, ten nuggets, large fries, and a Big Mac. All as requested and hot and fast. Also the team membersat both windows were courteous and handed me the food carefully and with a big smile. They were great today. Read more
The drive through is terrible. I waited 15 minutes on the right lane that was open watching all cars in left lane get their... order taken. If my lane wasn't working then they should have closed it. They're weren't that many customers for them not to havethings in order. I beeped many times to get help nothing and had cars behind me. The girl at the drive through tried to avoideven making eye contact with me it makes no sense for you guys not to get stuff done right. Do better!!! Read more
I really don't like saying bad things do we can call them opportunities. The tables all had crumbs or messy. Garbage cans... overflowing. I can understand a dinner rush but I seen employees just standing talking behind the new wall put up since theremodel. Food was hot, fresh and good. The iced Caramel coffee didn't have any caramel and didn't taste good. Read more
