Understaffed and missing ingredients. Visited at 1:45 on a Saturday. Moderately busy, lots of To go orders. It was clear that... people that entered after us who ordered through the in store app got their Food before us, who ordered through the Mobil app.It took a very long time, grub hub would come up to the cooks and say ?I need my grub hub order? and they would stop what theywere doing to fulfill order. Food was good and fresh. Restaurant was a mess, dirty dishes, dirty tables, dirty floors. They areclearly understaffed. I?ve been going to Panera for years?various locations in and out of WI. I had a reason to be in Kenosha all week long. I visited... this particular store three times over the week (both dining in and out (bagged lunch) around the 1:00 hour. I always order thesame custom salad. This is By FAR the BEST quality I have ever gotten! The portion was great, The quality and freshness of theingredients was perfect, even down to the perfectly sliced onions! The only sad thing I experienced was my last two visits theywere out of avocado?? and today the garbage was piled high outside along with no working internet. ordered from the kiosk, took 25 min to get our food. My husbands mac n cheese was ok but mine was like a soup, super runny. ... Took my salad to go because I could not listen to one more person complain about this place. Will find some other place to eat,never again here. Read more
