Got rid of the real sprinkles, not happy about that since my order is always birthday cake remix! I think the staff enjoys their... jobs, they were somewhat friendly but also it was closing time when we arrived. I am sure they had a long day creating ice creamdreams! We've had IC at roughly 16 different locations and this one was the worst. With all the negative reviews, why hasn't CS pulled... this franchisees license!?? Time for Undercover Boss! ???? Please sell/give me this franchise. I will have this place turnedaround within 2 weeks of your training course. Cold stone is far too good a brand to ruin by an owners lack of management. went to cold stone to in kenosha to get ice cream with my friend. after making a very hard decision, i chose the cake batter... shake. after a good 3 minutes the workers handed me my shake dripping down the sides and the lid didn?t even fit. it was adisgusting mess. nothing was done about it and i pretty much used half their napkins to clean it for them. but at least ittasted good. The girl working today (9/3) was so sweet ! She literally made my day as I was picking up an order. You definitely need more... employees like her ! Also I noticed the boy working was friendly as well. They were working so well under pressure ! Howevercold stone needs to raise their wages in order to increase their employees because you could tell they were short staffed andnobody should still be working for $10/$12 an hour. And anything under that is just sad. Read more
