The sub was very good and the 2 people were very nice...but very dissatisfied that I wanted the new club sub but was told I... could not use the coupon even though the coupon states what the exclusions are..but was still told no...so ended up getting adifferent sub. This location is better than the other locations in Kenosha. The one downtown is the worst of them. They act like you're a... distraction from their personal interest. But this one is a better quality of staff and more consistent. Read more

I ve been here a couple of times. Just recently last Thursday I went there after school to get a sub before work. I told the... guy what kind of sandwich I wanted but he put way too much mustard and mayo on my 6 inch sub because it was gushing out. Thenafter he wrapped my sandwich he asked me if I wanted anything else and I told him yes, I want chips and a fountain drink. Soafter I paid he doesn't give me a cup and I said I ordered a soda, where is my cup and he said oh I'm sorry. I was the onlycustomer there. Then when he attempted to ring me up for a fountain drink another employee decided that he had to punch infirst before I was taken care of. Bad customer service, not cool. Went to get a sandwich and soup. The employees were not only unprofessional, as one of them put one glove on and continued to... eat her bowl of soup as I decided what to order. She then filled my bowl barely half way and charged me almost $3.00, as shewent back to eating her full bowl of soup after I checked out. I would've said something had I noticed it in the store, but wentto grab a drink from the fridge when she bagged it. The other workers were standing behind the wall mocking her after she askedwhere the soup lids were. I will not be visiting this specific establishment again. Ok so I have eaten at Subways before... but THIS subway... this is something else. Everyone is always friendly and in a good... mood AND they make the perfect sub. It?s not so stuffed with ingredients that?s they all spill out because I can?t close it. No.They lay it all perfectly in and fold it over so so carefully that the bread doesn?t fall apart and magically it even keeps fromgetting soggy even though I tend to order both mayo and sweet onion sauce. Weekly review and I end up giving this store a try again. Walked in and there are three employees at the counter. They were... looking busy but close enough to see a customer walked in the store. Not one time did these folks say... "I'll be right withyou" no eye ontact whatsoever. Lol Horrible Customer service today. Manger please help them out. Read more
