Waiting in Drive-Thru for 20min. Got cold fries and nuggets. Asked the lady for fresh fries and nuggets and she just threw the... old stuff in the grease to make it hot. I guess this location doesn't realize it's a difference in taste between fresh fries &nuggets and refried fries & nuggets. But this might just be how White Castle does business. Read more
The lady working the window must really hate her job. It was late at night and when we asked for condiments she slammed shut the... window on us without even acknowledging us speaking to her. I was so excited to have some White Castle, its been over a year. It was the end of the night and I drove 8 extra miles further... from home just to get my fix. When I get to the drive through at 9:50PM I'm told they have no burgers and only fried food. Youhad one job, HARD FAIL! Read more
I've been coming here seasonally for years, while going to the Renaissance Fair. Yesterday's service was the worse. The lobby... was not open due to staffing (forgiveable), but the staff present just could not get it together. Missed ringing items in,missed service of items. Menu items were not available. Only medium size drinks were available, but no one had any issuesringing us up for larges while ordering. The order, the receipt, and the items delivered were all wrong. We could hear the staffbickering inside the store. It was obvious why the wait times were extremely long. Read more
Ok we have always liked the foid but today we went and the burgers were cold. Fries were barely warm with no salt and over... cooked. I ordered onion rings but got fries. Worst I've ever had from there. Probably won't be returning. Read more

It was our first time going to white castle and it was a pretty good experience. If you're in the mood for a hamburger, this is... your place. A lot better than the frozen store hamburgers. Also, the mac and cheese bites were mouthwatering! I'm usually not ahuge fan of Mac and cheese flavored foods (ex. Mac and cheese pizza) but these are the bomb.
