This place is a joke! The staff has time to play around and make jokes as if they are in a relationship with each other in... Spanish so they think noone understands. Very unprofessional. I made an order online to be ready by 6pm so I can get it afterwork since I'm tired. They did not have it ready!! And they said "oh well, wait or cancel it "! I never like to rate bad experiences but today was by far the most chaotic I?ve seen a place. Placed an order at 5:15pm. I was... told 30 minutes. I show up 6pm..I wait till 7pm. I they lost my ticket and I had to wait for the boss to show up. I don?t blamethe kids working there but someone has to show face. I ended up leaving. Ordered 3, 10 pc combos, all the flavors were wrong. Not only that, I got all drums in every order. Called and no manager on... duty. Gave my info and was told the manager would call me today, never received a call. Spent $43 and got a refund of $7.70without ever speaking to someone. Horrible, wait, non-existent customer service. Our go to favorite restaurant after hockey games for the last 4 years is losing its luster. The fries are awesome and the ranch... is probably the best we?ve ever tasted. The boneless wings were tasty even though when we ordered our standard 15 wing combowith two flavors they now want to charge us for some of them plain. I was informed it?s only a $1 because plain is a flavor. Which makes no sense when if I had chosen Honey bbq they would have actually added a flavor. This may seem trivial but welllike I said we?ve come here 4 plus years and have ordered the exact same thing. Lastly the buns were horrible tonight. Theylooked fresh and well buttered but they were dry to the point where we didn?t even bother eating them. I?d say we?ve onlyexperienced sub-par food during our last few visits. We will be back but will probably seek out a new post gametreat. Update: we went back on a Saturday (12/15/2018) afternoon and it was much improved. I ordered me and my coworker lunch online today and both our meals included drinks. I called the restaurant and spoke to a lady... and she put me on hold for a few minutes came back on the phone told me she does see I had two drinks but she remembers givingthem to the delivery driver. Well lady your delivery driver didn't give them to me she's like well can you come pick them up.Mind you I'm at work and if I could go pick them up I would have came and got the whole order to begin with.
