Drive thru experience on 10/29/22 Google says they close at 11 pm, but apparently they close at 10 pm and the person at the... speaker should have said so when we paid at 10:01 pm because everyone knows you don't order food at closing unless you want anawful experience... The 2 mcdoubles in our order were so old and had been sitting in the landing zone so long that the cheesewas melted to the wrapper and crusty!! The extra pickles that they were ordered with were also not present! The "snack wraps"were 2 ranch and 2 BBQ, but the chicken select that was supposed to be on it was literally a piece of chicken from a chickensandwich cut into 2 very small pieces!! There was no shredded cheddar cheese present either!! At nearly $3 a piece that isabsurd and false advertisement!! I'm sure corporate would love to hear this. When we called to inform them of the mcdoubles acrew member answered and their manager, Jamie, asked the crew member to tell us they closed at 10 pm and we could come backtomorrow for a replacement... We had just left the drive thru.. We live an hour away and would never consider returning!Terrible customer service and even worse food, super unsatisfied with our experience and still hungry. My gf and I have been going to this McDonald's for years. We always get coffee there and they were always accommodating because... we don't like sugar water. After we got the coffee we notice it was a lighter color and sweeter so per usual we went in to seeif they would just fix. Usually easy transaction but when they came out the same we just assumed the coffee was thin that day.But we we given an attitude when they came out the same. It was a good experience. I've been going in this McDonald's almost every Sunday, On my weekly Greyhound trip to Charleston WV.... My food was right and hot. This place is a joke. Bad service, bad food. And it wasn't just my opinion while there. Several customers had huge orders that... were wrong. They just don't care about their customers at all. Stay away from this McDonald's if you want good food. I'll nevergo back. Read more

The staff is always very friendly, greeting you with a smile and my order was correct and quick. The young man, I believe his... name was Mike, at the window was very polite and carried on a conversation while we waited on our food, which distracted ourwait. Definitely will return!! Read more
I like the strawberry-banana smoothies @ Mickey D's but that's about it. If we're traveling & don't know where an alternative... fast food joint is located OR in case of a dire emergency (restroom or "doggie stop")...this is not my first choice. Read more
Employees are more on their phone including the manager or talking smack instead of doing a job or answering a question they... also lock some doors earlier than others however if you're inside and an exit door does not work you could be in for a bigtrouble not knowing where else you may have to go to get out Read more
