Let me start by saying that I have eaten at Tres Hermanos Nunez numerous times at different locations, this was my first and... last at the Kenova location. The food was good as normal as we have come to expect from Tres but it was the WORST service wehave ever had at any of the locations. Waiter seated us and took drink orders, came back with chips and salsa, brought ourdrinks and took our order. A server brought us our food in a timely manner and that was it, no refills on drinks, mind you notone since we GOT our drinks, didn't check in on us at all until my wife and son were done and I was down to literally my lastbite. I will never be back to this location again, and further more hope this is an isolated incident and doesn't become ahabit at other locations. Would have rated 1 star but the food was good. Read more

This place is absolutely the worst! Would not recommend. They have tables still stacked with plates and stuff haven?t cleaned... them. They have the bar stacked with plates, cups everything. I was so happy to find a GOOD Mexican restaurant in West Virginia. They even had molcajete! And the chips and salsa were... excellent. Loved the ?Dinner with Rosa? Dia de los Muertes theme decorations outside. Read more
