Not sure what the employees name was but it's Thursday June 2nd almost 7pm. Just wanted to say he was super polite and took the... time to make the sandwiches nice. And it tasted great (I had a pizza sub with bacon ????). Ppl always take the time to complainbut we rarely do the same when we get good service. I just wanted to let the management know that I got really good service andthis employee did a really good job. The subway near my house in Rocky Hill is beyond awful. So bad I vowed I would never goback. This one is on my way home so looks like this is my new subway. Read more
How you go to a subway where veggies should be fresh at all times I ask the employee if she had any more fresh lettuce for my... sandwich and she told me no she didn?t even try to go to the back to check if there was so disappointed I couldn?t get what Iwanted in my sub?let alone everything looked like it?s been sitting there all day! The subway in Kensington has the absolute nicest staff , the 2 gentlemen that are always working are so friendly they greet you... when you come in they are very polite amazing customer service, good job guys! And they make a great sub! Read more
pretty good place for a sub. they do an alright job here depending on who is making the sandwich. The bathroom needs cleaning... and remodeling. I think that the water pressure on the sink is ridiculously strong and needs to be fixed. Read more
My go-to subway. Meatballs are cold. Call to let them know (nothing more, I can reheat). Phone just rang for over a minute, I... just left 5mins ago. Store had 2 customers , 3 workers I saw.
