Consistently awful. Over years.The owner is a sham who can't keep qualified employees so he cheaps out by hiring (literally)... uncaring teenagers who play on their phones. Corporate should shutter this location. Even on the simplest toppings, whetherdelivery or in person. I think they cook the cheese pizzas with flame throwers! How is cheese made crispy and noodly? Every.time. Even if light cooking is requested-The top is so burned black, the marina turns to dry red jelly! When I try pick up?There are >favor hire< kids in there, TIP HUNTING LOUDLY, cursing, joking around, not saying hi to customers that don't reallycare if you're paying extra to get a basic decent pizza. They punish your low or no tip with terrible food and service- but whyWOULD YOU tip for terrible product which is their FAULT for making badly AND OWNERS FAULT FOR ALLOWING IT. They once marked mydelivery complete- I never got it and found out it WASN'T EVEN IN THE DRIVERS CAR! If your only choice for pizza is this place,COOK IT YOURSELF. It'll come out better. Seriously. Its a clean and professional location! I'd definitely call in ahead. I ordered in person and sat waiting. One of their teammates... even reminded the crew I was waiting for food before heading out and they still forgot to let me know my food was ready. This store has become a disaster. I could order on a Monday afternoon for lunch and minimum delivery time is an hour. Tonight it... has been over an hour. The app was not updating that the order was out for delivery so I tried to call. No one is even answeringthe phones. Has to be the one of the worst Domino's I've ever tried buying pizza from. This dominos has as a habit of messing up orders. One time I ordered pepperoni and extra sauce, they gave me pepperoni with... tomatoes and forget the extra sauce. Then they came one hour late with my order. Last time I ordered a cheese and a pepperonipizza, they gave me two cheese and when I called them, they gave me more cheese and that?s not what I wanted. I ordered a free pizza and bought some bread. Worst bread I?ve ever bitten into. You could literally hear the oily crunch from... down a hall. The bread was dry to the core literally. Terrible customer service! Online order placed for Vegetarian pizza and pasta, but the store sent the wrong order with meat on... the pizza and pasta!
