Slowest service ever waited almost 20min with 2 customers ahead of me and they only ordered coffee
This morning I placed my order via the app, xl white mocha hot chocolate and breakfast sandwich. I arrive led and my order... wasn?t ready yet as the person behind the counter was running a one man show. There are either 3 people behind the countermoving at a snails pace or one person trying there best. Once I received my order I made it work to drink what I thought was myhot chocolate turned out to be coffee and I hate coffee. I was very disappointed. Every time I?ve arrived to this location myorder is never ready and I put my order in before I leave the house giving them a good 10 or so minutes even for the simplestorders. This Dunkin? has definitely gone down hill. Many time I?ve ordered ahead to find that I have to wait an extra 10minsfor my order. Staffing and service are headed in the wrong direction Read more
Slow service, customer service issues due to language barrier. But the folks at Dunkin are nice. It's inside a gas station and... the gas station people are always grumpy. Read more
I shouldn't have to wait more then a few minutes to order and get my coffe. ( waited 25 minutes) it is absorbed. And this is... almost everyday because I come here everyday but not any more. Taking my business elsewhere. Read more
Interesting to see how they do some things differently than location near WF metro in Rockville. Their location on Connecticut... is great though. Guys you should be sharing best practices among all your locations, so your customers are equally impressed nomatter which location we visit. Read more
Person that made our order was absolutely incompetent. First, she let someone else walk off with our order when he asked if the... bag on the counter was his. Second, she served other customers that ordered their drinks after ours first, before she realizedshe had forgotten to finish making our drink halfway through making it. Our food was cold and stale, and the icing on the cakewas that she just tossed our donuts in a bag together haphazardly, so the icing on them completely came off, and the donuts weresmashed and falling apart. I get that it's a gas station, but the level of incompetence combined with a nearly 20 minute waitmidday on a Monday is ridiculous to me. Never coming back. Read more
