Even just a year ago it wasn't this bad. Also don't go here after 5pm if you have a choice, high probability of a bad... experience. Double check your order as often they forget or mix up items. The scumbag franchiser under staffs the location towhere after 9pm it's drive thru only. Corporate should probably seize this franchise from the owner under terrible brandrepresentation. Read more

this restaurant repeatedly messes up orders we place via the McDonald's app. Today we called to complain and they said they... cannot even do a refund without us coming back in. They were barely professional and completely non-responsive and unhelpful. Corporate McDonald's should know they have a problem with this franchisee. I had a drive thru online mobile order I walk up to the drive thru window and they tell me they can not do the order because Im... not in a car. This is not right they could have easily done my order and had given to me the food as ordered correctly . I wenthome with them denying the food to me just because I did not have a car. The manager or person in charge goes by the name ofAna. Simply being lazy and not that she had anything else to do but she was just not wanting to help the customer out. Read more
This is a good McDonald's. The staff is on top of their game and food arrives well cooked in a timely manner. I recommend using... the App for serious discounts and table service. Read more
Workers are plenty nice and satisfy when the suns up, but I really can?t justify the ?24 hours a day? signage posted all over... the restaurant when it closes from 1-4 every night. Tends to just make people angry and not return when you get turned away atthe drive through at this time consistently Hey if it?s going to happen every night, print a sign, and buy a traffic cone andjust place it in the drive through lane - saves your workers time and is an explanation False advertising is annoying enoughright? I swear this is the second time I?ve come here and for the second time they served me an abomination of a meal. My filet o fish... is messed up and it tasted old and fishy and wasn?t very warm, the fries are old, and the chicken sandwich bun was ripped up.How can you be so careless? Best McDonald's in the area and I've tried them all. Food here hits different than other McDonald's, not sure what they're... doing better. Also very proactive in getting line moving. Read more
