11:15am today - my entire order was wrong and tasted like water. This happens often here, hit or miss, go elsewhere.

Drive thru Line can be long. Parking tough. Coffee was hot. Ordered a latte. No foam. Was a little light , aka. NOt up to top... of cup. Tasted fresh n consistent Like this location better than the one inside Safeway that is across the street. Stafffriendly and easy to hear over speaker. Read more

the safeway starbucks is downright the best starbucks ive ever ordered from in my life. customer service is amazing (Jaz is the... nicest) and the drinks are never far from delicious. Read more

This is honestly one of the rudest Starbucks I?ve ever been to, I come here all the time and everytime they mess up my drink and... are rude to me, they always have an attitude and it really ruins my whole day. You could get better customer service at mcDonald?s, they definitely need new staff with an attitude change, not all of them are bad but the girls there were certainlynot raised right by the way they talk to people, I could never be that rude to someone. Today, Thursday May 21st 2020, I stopped by this Starbucks at 7:45am , after driving around looking for the changing color... cups, the barista was very rude. I was aware that this cups were supposed to be on sale today when the stores open and when Iasked this person she yelled at me and told me that she was working alone and that she had no time to sell those cups today. Idon't understand how starbucks hire people as bitter as this woman. I was just trying to spend my money on starbucks andinstead I ended up being mistreated. I hope whoever is in charge of this store reads my message and does something about thisbad experience. Read more

Arrived for a Pink drink at 9:25 pm (5 minutes before closing). And I apologized to the barista for driving up last minute as I... thought they closed at 10pm. He was so kind and smiling the whole time reassuring me not to apologize and that he is happy tohelp to the last minute!! What a great experience. Super customer service from this place and this associate!! Thank youStarbucks for this kind barista. Made my night. Read more
