This place was awesome. Portions are huge and sides are really generous. Everything tasted great. The flounder meal had two... giant filets. Our family of four had 5 pounds of leftovers, which we ate for a few days. Before ordering, look at the signshanging under the fixed menu. I might have tried the lamb shanks, but I didn't see the sign until after I ordered. We all sawmultiple dishes we'd like to try in the future. Tip well for dine in, as they bring every dish and side out when it is ready, sothey made a lot of trips to our table. The food was awesome, with a large selection. Between main dishes and sides, we had 11different items and they were all perfectly cooked. I'm kind of amazed. We'll be back many times. Read more
My son had a Basketball practice near by so needed to grab a quick bite, since we haven?t had gyro for a while decide to go... here. Food was good, and service was friendly and quick! Plus the cashier gave my son a free soda, but instead we appreciatethe great kindness so we gave a big tip to the cashier! We were too hungry forgot to took the pics, but I had a mix plater andmy son had a gyro sandwich. Simple and quick! Will be back next time around. Read more
I work down the street and order a salad from here often. I usually call in my order. Every single time I call, the person on... the other end is happy, professional, competent and courteous. By the time I hang up and get to the restaurant (about 5 minutes)my salad is neatly packed with a side of warm pita and again, the same pleasant greeting and service. Every time I walk out thedoor I think I should leave a review and then don?t. But today I needed to because literally every time I go, I am impressedwith the quality of service. Dined in experience was kinda meh but the food was really good. Food came on paper plates and plastic utensils, which maybe is... the norm nowadays? Lots of people ordering take out. I had the falafel, which was only 3 of them but was really good. Thedolmades was just alright, I've had better. The big Greek bowl was good, kinda like a Chipotle medley. I highly recommend. When was the last time everything you ordered taste amaze-balls?! I'm a foodie who loves to eat! This place popped up on Door... Dash and I wanted to give it a try. I was so happy that I did! The Big Greek bowl was so fresh and flavorful that I had to forcemyself to stop eatting it all. The fries were still warm and were tasty. I wish that had more feta but I could never have toomuch feta. The soup felt like if I was sick I would want this everyday until I felt better. It made me feel like my Grandmacooked it just for me! Last but not least the baklava HONEY! I love me some baklava and it was fresh, flaky, and just enoughsweetness. I enjoyed everything so much that I called, spoke to the manager and told him that I enjoyed it all. So, if you wantsome delicious Greek food order from them! Read more
Overall great taste of a Greek cousine! Very fresh and delicious looking. In the pictures attached, you can see my takeout order... of "Our famous Gyro Pita". I actually shared it with someone thus cut in half, but entire pita would be a perfect amount of foodfor a great tasty lunch. Highly recommend The Big Greek Cafe and will definitely be back. I went for the Gyro and it satisfied my hunger! It was stacked with meat. I purchased the platter and received 2 sides - Greek... fries and Greek salad. The salad was about a cup. Just FYI the olives in it still have the seeds! Careful taking that bite???? Read more
