Ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich. There was barely enough cheddar to make a small stain on the bun!
I've tried ordering from this place at least 3 times at about 10, all the lights are on and online it says you're open til 12,... but when I go through the drive through there is nobody there to take my order. Read more
I got the French Dip sandwich and curly fries. The actual sandwich itself was fine, but the au jus was clearly stretched... (diluted) with water to the point of it lacking flavor and lacking the viscosity required to dip the sandwich without itimmediately turning to mush. And the fries were dead, probably had been sitting for 10+ minutes. Super disappointed, and now I'msorry I even went there today. Read more
Stopped here at the drive-through on my E-bike. Was told, "Please come inside, we can not service 'non-motorized vehicles'. My... reply was, "No thanks, I'll go elsewhere." Went to the 'Raising Cains" drive through next door. Read more
Absolutely pathetic example of how to run a franchise. Closed by 9 pm on a nightly basis due to "short staffing" despite... advertising being open until at least 10. I say "short staffing" because there's usually 3-4 employees sitting on the counterjoking around. On the off chance they are open after 9 they are out of meat. "Hello, welcome to Arby's, we're out of roast beef,chicken, turkey, fish. Go ahead with your order". Absolute joke. Don't waste time trying to get food here. Read more
Stopped here to grab a quick sandwich and mozzarella sticks and was not pleased at all with the food. The people over all were... nice but seemed a bit unorganized. They pulled us forward because they were waiting on our mozzarella sticks and when we gotthem only 2 were fresh out of the 12 and they tasted burnt like the oil was old. I am super glad that I check all my sandwichesfrom most restaurants. When I turned my sandwich upside down the bun was covered in mold. HIGHLY unacceptable because this canget people sick. Will not be returning to this Arby's ever again and will be submitting to corporate as well about the foodstandards. Have seen some bad reviews of food quality so would not recommend until quality improves. Read more
