I had never been to a Barrio?s before, but I had heard raving reviews about the style of the restaurant and the quality of the... food, so I just had to stop by. This location was so unique, hand painted walls and beautiful giant floor to ceiling windows,super cool! My food was super great! It came out fast and was super delicious, our waiter was super friendly, and the Managerof the store, Sarah was super sweet to our party! Wonderful experience, I would highly recommend this location! You should go, try it out if you only like tacos or bowls.. I've gone twice and I'm not the biggest fan. Service is decent..... Food could be better.. I like a lot of what's happening there, but room to improve. Everyone I've met there is very nice andaccommodating. We will NEVER go back to Barrio in Kent ! The waitress was very pushy on serving pitchers of margaritas & said we would only get... 3 glasses per picture for our party of 6 & recommended we order 2 pictures which were all ice and extremely weak & we were nevertold a price and got charged $60 per picture!!!!! I so want to love this place but I?ve been here five times and they have never once gotten the order right. And you write your... own order on the pad. All they have to do is assemble the tacos. Atmosphere is great. Drinks are great. Bartenders are great.But I can?t keep going back to a place that?s incapable of assembling a taco. Read more

They are following all the safety guidelines and we felt comfortable here. The waitress was so sweet! We went at 3:30 pm on a... Saturday and there was no wait! There?s always a line so we felt so excited to sit right down. They Blackberry Bourbon Lemonadewas delicious. Our daughter loved her margarita too! First off, I would like to preface this review by saying that our server last night was nothing short of awesome. He asked us if... this was our first time here, and my girlfriend said yes. I've been to Barrio before but a different location. He then sat withus and explained all about how the menu works, how to order appetizers, and what the specials are. He even recommended us otherplaces to see in Kent. However, even though our server was great I cannot justify more than 2 stars for this review. Thekitchen is entirely at fault for what otherwise would be a 5 star review. I doubt I will be returning to this location any timesoon because of the extremely poor quality of the food. Both me and my girlfriend ordered 3 tacos each, and a side of queso.The queso was good and the chips tasty, no problems there. Each of us had the special taco, the Turkey Day Taco. What Ireceived however, can only be described as an overly crunchy taco with a sprinkling of turkey meat. My girlfriend's taco,somehow, was as full as I expected it to be. My other tacos were okay, but not the same as other times I've been to Barrio. Lessingredients, more crunchy, and almost cold. I understand things happen, and I'm not one to blame a business for mistakesunnecessarily. I asked my server if I could get a remake of my taco, after showing him how little was in my taco. He took itfrom me and said the kitchen will remake it for me. However, not only did I receive the EXACT same taco back (it was cold,looked exactly the same, shell was broken in the same place), but it seemed as if they gave me a bonus gift of some crushed uptortilla on top?? It was thoroughly disappointing, and almost disgusting. I did not mention it to my server again because bythis point I didn't want to risk 'pissing off' the kitchen again. I I doubt I will ever be returning, and I suggest others dothe same until they fix whatever problems they clearly have in the kitchen. Read more
