I don't eat the food but my kids do and they love it. Except the one on exchange by the college they say the prices are higher... than the other ones I'm Akron but the portions are smaller. I assume because they are by the college and trying to get themcollege kids money lol. Read more
Chipotle is the best but this bowl had like no guac and then there was a huge chunk in it. Lastly the vinaigrette looked like it... was a puck of goo in it, but it's still chipotle so it is still yummy but I have been noticing they are slipping. Read more

Online Orders for delivery are wrong almost all of the time. There is always something missing, or its a bowl instead of a... burrito, or its just not what you ordered. More times then not the food is gross and soggy anyways. They refund the money soit's not that big of a deal, but when you want the food that you ordered, in good condition, and want to save your time, just goto the one in Stow. I know times are tough for service industry employees but it's ridiculous how often it happens. Read more

I ordered a salad and got 7 pieces of lettuce. The bowl was not full like usual and it was supposed to be ready at 4pm and... wasn't ready until after 4:15. My friend got a bowl and it was half full. Picture is when we opened them; nothing had been eatenyet. Mine tasted good, but my friend said the beans were hard. I love Chipotle, but this was awful. Read more
