They were very skimpy with the portions which is weird. I've never had an issue at any chipotle with that.
I want to start off by saying that Chipotle is not my type of food for diet restriction issues. However, my wife loves Chipotle.... I went there without her and had her on speaker phone as she was able to accurately describe the bowl she wanted and accuratelyinterpret her order in a friendly and efficient fashion. No one care to refill their containers. Order five veggie bowls in dinner time and paid for it. Later, they said they need to... refill cheese container and Guacamole container so will be giving you without those. Moreover, all of them filled in halfportion. Read more

Ordered on the app for pickup at 6:10. At 5:50 a friend of mine sent me a picture of my order already made and on the shelf. Of... course the food was cold when I got there to pick it up. The manager said that they make them as they come in. What?s the pointof picking a time then?! Read more
I normally go to the Chipotle on George Washington Blvd. But my fiance and I were hungry after doing shopping, so we stopped in.... Never again. The portions here are so small compared to the other one. My fiance received not even a full scoop of steak and wascharged for double protein when he asked for a little bit more (it was literally like 5 small pieces of steak plus another halfof scoop for "double"). Plus, the workers were nowhere to be found except for one, and the worker yelled, 5 workers came out allputting their phones away, laughing. They didn't wash their hands or anything. And they were rude like we inconvenienced them. Iwon't be stopping in again. My son decided to surprise me tonight with dinner from one of my favorite places to eat..... To my surprise I was highly... disappointed with food quality and the portion of it...... I normally have leftovers so I can enjoy it the next day but nottonight!!! I guess it was a good thing there wasn't any leftovers anyway because the pork was hard n dry!! I don?t normally leave reviews but this is the 3rd time I?ve ordered and had an issue. I tried again to do delivery. App not... working. Use DoorDash, delivery not working. Son picks up. Half the order is in the bag. What the heck. DoorDash refunds in asecond. Chipotle fights you in customer service. What a joke. Won?t be going to this restaurant anytime again. Read more
