Yeah... It was horrible. Cole slaw with tortilla chips. The food tastes as if it was cooked in old grease. We got the sampler... platter figured it was a safe choice. The service was horrible. This place is and will never be Mexican food. They serve Cole slaw along with salsa. The salsa tasted like tomato sauce and the... cole slaw is disgusting with chips. I ordered the ceviche and it was good at first. Then I pulled a 6-8 inch long hair out of mymouth from I bite I took off the ceviche. I told a waiter since I didn?t know who my waiter actually was. I was accused that thehair isn?t from their cooking staff because they have short hair. They have plenty of long haired employees working. I was nevergiven a sorry instead I was told that I had an attitude because I wouldn?t eat it. The kicker was that when the bill came theystill expected me to pay. Manger never came no one came. Great food, great margaritas, a little higher priced and slower service, but that is the norm right now so I can not knock them... on it. Veggie number three was great, love having an option to smother in cheese without an up charge. The steak was fantastic,even for a picky steak eater. Cheese and Chorizo could have been a little thicker, but great flavor. Looks like happy hour everyday and karaoke on Fridays at 8. Get the frozen margs, go for the pitcher. Read more
We had tried the Coyote location in Bainbridge when we lived there, but hadn't visited the Kent restaurant since we moved to... Portage County. We decided to give it a try this week. We were very glad that we did. Great sangria. Chips and salsa were verygood. We both had Pollo Loco and were impressed by the large portion of very delicious food. I thought about trying the flan fordessert, but I guess that will have to wait until our next visit. There will most definitely be a next visit! Read more
