This has by far been the absolute WORST establishment I have ever bought from. If I wanted bad coffee, I would have mad it... myself and spent less money. I would have gotten a better coffee at McDonald's, and I don't even LIKE McDonald's. The coffeetasted like ground up coffee beans, water, and ice. I feel dishonest giving this even one star, but there isn't a zero staroption. Worst experience of my life was ordering this coffee. Read more
They input our order wrong and we corrected and they were like YOU SAID MATCHA, girl I?ve never said that word in my life... LMFAOOOO. People in front of us waited for like 10 minutes and exchanged stuff like three times at the window guessing theirstuff was wrong. Read more
Lady at counter very nice. Gentleman running window is rude. Bought three boxes guy walks by says you need to call ahead next... time. The next three minutes he keeps walking by shaking his head looking at me. Thought I'd be nice to buy my employee and buy donuts, spur of the moment. Never going back to this one. Read more
Dunkin is awesome. Everything was great. I rarely go in,so drive thru was quick,efficient. I ordered coffee in the evening, so... wasnt very hot,so the staff parked me and brewed me a fresh pot,I had mentioned I had a long drive ahead of me and they brewedme a fresh pot..just wonderful staff..definitely be back! They dont have doughnuts after 2pm. Been there twice around 2pm and they had three or four doughnuts left. Entire display case... was empty on both visits. Manager said they dont make the doughnuts at the shop, they are delivered from a distribution centerat 2am, with no further doughnut deliveriers until the next morning at 2am. This DD is new, and big. Kind of nuts not to havedoughnuts at a doughnut shop. Staff was unfriendly when I asked why there was no doughnuts on both occasions. Cant imagine howthis place will produce a profit unless all you want is a coffee or bagel. Also, 2am deliveries of doughnuts probably meantthey were made a few hours before so either way even if they had doughnuts they would have been 14 hrs old and stale by 2pm. Not reccommended and Ill never go back. Read more
