They are unprofessional and rude. They normally leave it at the door, but this time because I didn't answer the phone they left.... Not leaving my food. When I spoke to the manager he was immediately hostile. When I complained he asked me very rudely if Iwanted the food I paid for delivered. I told him he was being nasty and he replied "I'll take that as a yes". Read more
If I could give less than one star I would. I placed an order here and gave my correct address with the instructions to leave at... the door. The tracker provided said my order was delivered successfully. I went to the door and my order was not there. I hadmissed one phone call from a random number that was not from the location I am in. No voicemails were left after I didn?t answerthe phone. Once I realized my order actually was not delivered, I called the number back twice with no answer. I then calledHungry Howies and they stated that apple maps took the driver to a ?random? place and that it was her that called me. Since Ididn?t answer a random number call, with no voicemails left, they cancelled my order and threw it out. The person that answeredthe phone then lied and said the driver called me 20 minutes ago, when in reality it was 5. She then stated that they could notdo anything about my order since they were then closed. (It was 10 minutes after they closed.) Very rude and didn?t even reallytry to contact me for confirmation on where my house is. Driver didn?t bother to read mailboxes either, because if she had shewould have easily found my house. Terrible customer service, this was my first time ordering delivery from them and I do notrecommend unless you want your order cancelled last minute once it?s too late to order from anywhere else since every otherplace is already closed now. Thought I'd give y'all a try. Pizza is very tasty and is definitely fresh and loaded with toppings. Good price. People are kind... and store is spotless. The service is quick but the pizza is just okay. The crust is less than tasty. I'm a pizza afficianado. I try them all, all over... the state. This one take some work. It does have flavored crust options which I like. But the crust is always dry and thetoppings are less than quality. It's right near campus though so it's a cheap pizza in a prime location. If you're planning todorm surf this isn't a bad way to go. If you want to please your taste buds look elsewhere Read more
I've had pizza from other Hungry Howie's locations, but this one is by far the best. Best prices and specials on pizza in town.... Delivery service is always much quicker than expected. A couple years back, I placed a delivery order late the night of KentHalloween(busy night) and my pizzas were at my door in 35 minutes. LOVE the garlic herb crust! Read more
What I thought I was going to be a large 1-topping pizza turned out to be this: a pizza that came with no sauce nor cheese. When... I called to see about getting it fixed the employee on the other end sounding as if he had an attitude and also said that Iwould have to pay again for the mistake an offered me no choice.
