JJ?s is an average sandwich shop which typically stands out due to it?s ?freaky fast delivery?. I have never received my order... in less than 2 hours from this location. I would imagine most people order due to options being limited in Kent. If you?relooking for a better sub or faster delivery, you might as well order from Streetsboro. This location checks no boxes. What ever you do don?t order online. The jimmy johns website is awful if you need to customize your order asked for no mayo and... cheese due to food allergies. I had THE WORST experience with this location of this fine restaurant . The manager was completely rude and unprofessional. He... yelled at and used profanity toward my wife when we called to see what was going on with our food. They didn?t deliver my foodto the right house. Then the manager instructed his employees to be rude and hang up on us when we kept calling back to seewhat?s going on with our food. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here; it's overpriced, and they likely will mess up your order. I ordered a Beach Club,... and the two signature ingredients ? turkey and avocado ? were missing when I opened my delivery. I called, and they said theywould bring a replacement sandwich; however, it never came. I literally was left with a $9 sandwich of two slices bread andhardly anything for veggies.
