Literally every time I come here they mess my order up. I don't order anything that is not normal... The menu was cut... drastically to make service easier yet these guys mess up on making McDoubles... Can't count to 10 with nuggets. And the last 3times I've ordered a large sweet tea I've been handed a medium because they can't be bothered to read their own cups.. if I payfor something, whether it is a sip more or not, that is what I pay for, and should recieve that item, that is the minimumuniversal expectation in service... Got yelled at by staff and heard them cussing about me for coming in and asking for sauce they forgot. I asked for no ice in my... drink and they rolled their eyes and gave me a drink with extra extra extra ice. I asked for a fork and she said "are you donenow?" Read more
Can I give ZERO stars?! Literally went inside to an empty place thinking ?this should be nice and quick? ? jokes on me, there... are a bunch of children running around pretending to ?work? while actually just touching their hair and then your food andtrading bracelets! Where are all of the adults? It took me over 10 minutes to get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. ???? When Iasked about my order this little girl was so rude to me about it like I was inconveniencing her social time. Definitely won?tbe ordering at this one again! I hate to review McDonald's! It is a hit or miss...I really don't like too eat a lot of fast food anyway, because I don't feel... it's very healthy! Sometimes though when I am out and in a hurry...I will pick up just something to get in my stomach. I haveran in to very polite workers, rude workers, also getting my order right and wrong, food was cold...etc. but it is fast food! Ihave said before I believe one McDonald's on Main Street and corner of Applegrove is the best by far. Food is always hot, andthey have never screwed up my order or have been rude. With a chain of fast food places, it is a hit and miss situation onservice and food quality. I should not be eating McDonald's anyway-too much cholesterol!???? Read more

Many times we have gone to this McDonald?s and they constantly their shake machine is down one time they closed early due to... lack of staff and literally got to the window and said sorry we?re closed and it was like a minute past six and tonight wewaited in line for lease probably 20 minutes got to the window getting ready to take the order and they said we are only takingcash only and did not have cash so it?s a waste of time fault they could?ve had somebody coming out to the long line at thedrive-through to tell you that it was cash only bad experience a lot at this location.
