Ordered take out and everything came out tasting pretty good, for takeout that is. Was disappointed we didn?t get any napkins or... silverware, our meals were supposed to be served with salsa and sour cream and we did not get either. Otherwise it was decent. Went there on a Saturday night. They had like 5 tables not busy at all. The guy who sat us came by after we sat there for 33... minutes without even a water offered. He gave us a free round of drinks and actually got the appetizer out. 46 minutes later andno food or even a drink refill. I walked out told the server and he said he?d take care of it like this happens often. I usuallyorder for pick up and I?ll never order here again. Worse service I?ve had in years. Read more
Panini?s seems to be getting their act together. I had a great time. I stopped by a few days ago last week, it seemed a mess,... but it was way better today. The bartenders are cool and friendly. Seems like the new management staff is way more competentthan the previous ones. Me and my buddies will be here for football ???? for sure! Read more
The owner Andy can?t work a single shift with out being drunk and he lets patrons go behind the bar and poor their own drinks.... Most poorly ran business ever. Can?t pay his employees enough to stay so they are always understaffed please bare with the cooksthey are doing their best back there but they can only do so much so fast with the few people they have left. Sat there over an hour after we ordered waiting for our food with no updates or explanation from staff. Order wasnt... complicated, just three sandwiches. In any event, we had to leave and never did get our food. Place was not overcrowded. Irealize we have staffing shortages but this was ridiculous. Read more

The food was good. I went with my cousin. It did take a moment to get our order taken and after our order was taken it took a... while for the food to come out. I would like to think they didn't have enough staff but it also wasn't at a busy hour that wewent to eat and once we did receive our food the waitress checked in on us maybe 4 times. I figured it was so we would leave agood tip which I still did regardless of everything. Read more
Absolutely the most god awful place to eat in Kent. We were seated as soon as we walked in. There were approximately 15 people... seated at tables and at the bar. So it was a slow night. We did not see our waitress, or anybody to greet us for over 15minutes. Once we did finally order, we ordered the pretzels for an appetizer. They were literally microwaved pretzels that youwould buy at the dollar store. They weren?t even hot when we got them. I ordered wings, that were way over cooked and the boneswere breaking in half on me. My wife ordered the Turkey panini sandwich and took two bites and left it, because it was so bad.Our waitress never checked on us, never checked to see if we needed refills, just brought our check to us about a half hourafter we got our food.
