My supreme pizza was ice cold with almost no toppings. Half were non existent the rest were so hard to spot they may as well... have been. Never buying from them again! Delivery driver probably had his air conditioner directly on my food it was so cold. Read more

Friendly and helpful staff. Pizza was hot and had perfect amounts of all ingredients.
The delivery drivers are great! Patient. They follow the directions on your delivery notes. Anyone with a dog is greatly... appreciative of such things. Pizza hut pizza is mediocre at best. My last order tasted funny and the beadsticks were hard likethey were microwaved. That's what I get for ordering on the cheap. Read more
What a disaster with this order, 90% of which was my fault. I haven?t ordered from this hut in quite awhile, I ordered on the... app and chose the location 2 minutes from my in-laws house, or so I thought. The location I went to on SR 59 in Kent was out ofbusiness. The one I chose online was also on SR59 on the east side of Kent, 12 minutes away, oops! 10% of the issue was theover cooked pie. This delivery was one of the very few times, That left the food a little short. I had ordered 6 wings, the large size.. these... were so small, I was trying to figure out the poor Chicken. The 6 wings had no more than a bite each. Very disappointed forthat. Also, for the first time that I could remember, the extra toppings of peppers, and bacon...there were maybe 6 rings ofpeppers. Frozen pizza tastes better. I kept giving this location and the one on 43 a chance but wow I ordered a pizza last night and was... in awe of what they put in the box. It wasn?t even edible and it was severely overcooked to the point where I could crumble itwith my hands. I don?t bother calling the store seeing as they have no customer service skills. Like I said, frozen pizza isbetter quality and cheaper than getting poor quality food at this location. Nasty people, nasty pizza. Read more
