This sheetz is usually the best, but you've disappointed me tonight. You pay extra for nacho cheese when you get a pretzel. I... noticed the girl had to open the cheese dispenser and squeeze a little, but it seemed to come out just fine then. When I gothome, the cheese cup wasn't even filled half way. One of the worst Sheetz to go to near Kent. Take the extra 5 minutes to go to the Sheetz on Kent road instead.
Been coming to this sheetz for years and it was great! Until about a year ago and the crew turned over. Now they don't care,... they are rude and disrespectful and my food orders are always off and dumped into the bag to make a huge mess and usuallymissing something. I?ve always been happy with this location but the last three times I?ve been here it wouldn?t take my loyalty card so I got a... new one. The first pump wouldn?t accept it so I moved to another pump after someone came to try and help and were unsuccessfulas well. The next pump wasn?t an issue, but it didn?t give me the 3 cent discount. I used to LOVE coming here all the time! As a gas station it's nice and clean; they do a good job of maintaining the place. I... have ordered numerous times from here and haven't been terribly disappointed by the food. A hand full of times I've had issueswith my orders but it's gotten so much worse. My food is always messily made or not made right, missing sides, having to ask forstraws or utensils to be included, and smoothies/frappuccinos having LARGE ice cubes in it (not being blended properly). It's awaste of money to order anything from here anymore.. Just a regular old gas station. Read more
This Sheetz is always clean. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I have never had any issues with their MTO food section... and everything has always been delicious! Try the Birthday Cake milkshake!! They just put out a new flavor of their house madepretzels, EVERYTHING PRETZEL!!! For a buck who can pass on that? Read more
I visited this location on a Thursday night. The building was packed with drunk partiers with noone there to keep people in... check and the food times where 40 plus minutes. While I was there I maybe saw 3 people in total working while the store waspacked and one of the employees in the kitchen was crying while making food.
