Ordered a white chocolate mocha. Tasted like bitter water. So nasty we threw away. Did not taste like any coffee was even in it.... I love Starbucks but would stay clear of east Main Street Kent. I have never had coffee this bad. Read more
They are usually great but were really off their game the last few phone app orders. New partners? This last order was a mess.... My Americano was so weak it was undrinkable and my sandwich was smashed up inside the wrapper and half of it stuck to thewrapper when I tried to eat it. Not happy this time at all. Only reason I?m not giving less stars is because this is not normal.But seriously, get a handle on the quality control. Probably won?t order through the app for a while. Which is unfortunatebecause it means I won?t be able to stop as often on the way to work. Read more

Nice place to set after school..
Large area, minimal parking but the drive thru is fast. I?ve traveled throughout the world going to this chain. Workers are... pleasant and it?s clean. Didn?t give me a fork for these lava temperature egg bites, but not an issue. Read more
