I went through the drive through at the Taco Bell on Tallmadge circle. It was about 9 at night. At first I couldn't understand... the person on the speaker. Then when I went to order they wouldn't let me order cause they were doing only online orders. Ididn't realize that restaurants can turn you down to take your order cause of online orders. Read more

Went here at midnight. Was told there is no product for 20 minutes? Employees seems to be outside in there cars chilling. Taco... Bell is probably my favorite product especially for thoes with late shifts. But this can be disappointing. Read more
we went through the drive-thru around 9pm and ordered some food craving taco bell, received a pretty sad nacho bell grande with... a very minimal amount of meat and cheese when that's all what was requested. they also did not ask us if we needed any sauces..kind of upsetting when they are pretty expensive. Food was absolutely terrible. Was not put together well and fell apart as soon as I unwrapped it, I didn?t get my original order... because 5 items were sold out. Drive through Line was backed up almost to the entrance, slow order process. I ordered cinnamontwists and didn?t get them, I asked for a few packets of Diablo sauce and didn?t get them, their was barely anything inside ofmy crunch wrap it was like I was eating just a tortilla with a couple tomatoes and a soggy dorito in the center. I understandnot having staff for the place but that was pitiful I worked fast food with two workers during the pandemic me and a manager andhandled situations like that better than they did. Pitiful. They are always closed, but leave the lights on to look open. But moment you come up to the drive-thru there is a sign, I came... at 8:30. Is the 5th time this has happened in the last month. Food is good if you happen to catch them when they are open, butdon't hold your breath. Save yourself the headache go to the one in Tallmadge. Read more
If you order online, they make you go inside (even if you chose drive through pick up). If you try to go at 8 pm, they lock... their doors. Some businesses just should not be. Let?s open up this spot for someone who actually wants to open up a restaurantand service customers. I thought brimfield needed a Taco Bell. I think we deserve better. Read more
They are consistently closed when they are supposed to be open! I have stopped and the lights are on and there are cars in the... parking lot but no one answers the drive thru and the doors are locked! I even had an employee walk right by me at the frontdoor look at me then continue to the bathroom without even addressing me!
