So got an order that was messed up called in they offered stored credit or refund took the store credit l..big mistake called in... 15 days later and they told me that was too far out in their system so no proof asked for my refund so help spoke to too?managers? who basically did nothing but kinda try to tell me I may be lying and trying to scam to get free pizza so then theyproceed to tell me they will fix the order and to come in 20 minutes then they call me when I?m just 2 minutes away to say theycan?t do it actually as put on hold for about 16 minutes then told I?d need to wait for a General manager since they don?t haveany power to do anything is what they told me when I asked for how to contact or when I could speak to them and was hung up onso I would say avoid this place plenty other dominos nearby it that are much better Read more
They use to deliver now you can't get delivery and 90% of time the app isn't working correctly. Just wish they was better.
If you don't order on line , just forget it. You call number you get Dominos central. Was on phone for 15 minutes and still... didn't finish placing order.Just hung up. Never got to try pizza. If is like any other Dominos, nothing great. Used to bequick,not anymore . Read more
While Domino?s Pizza is good every once in a while I am frustrated with their ordering application. I didn?t have an easy time... and had to redo my order several times before it took, it took 20 minutes just to order. Then, when my order was set to be readythey would have been closed. So I had to switch locations, redo my order again. The people inside were super nice though. Thefood wasn?t that bad either. But if your going to spend $60 on food I would go elsewhere. Read more
I have done delivery and pick up from this store and the staff are always fantastic. Ive never had a wrong order, and the... employees seem to genuinely care. They smile and chat and they dont seem like they hate life like most "fast food" places do. Itseems like a nice work environment for them. Even better, for a deliver order our delivery driver knocked on the door (we didnthear it, not their fault) and waited a few minutes and then called just to make sure we were home and knew our food was there.We would have eventually checked once we saw the notification but it was really nice of them to go the extra step to call. We ordered pizza from here and it had a long hair in the one of the pizzas. When we called to let them know they stated that... they would replace the pizza..Why would i want my pizza replaced after I find that in my food!! Then they said they woulddeliver it but it would take 1 hour to get it!! Like really!! It was there fault not mine!! I would never recommend someoneeating from here because you never know what may be in your food.. The fettuccine pasta would be a lot better if they put way more sauce because it turns out extremely dry by the time they are... done baking it etc Read more
