Pulled up to order. The not at all helpful unfriendly person said... Jimmys. I said i wanted that one that had everything. ... Which turned out to be the gargantuan. I wanted it in the meal but at $18 I decided on the just the sandwich. When she says $25and some odd cents. I said what... no response.... so I pulled up the window and said why so much? And she said that's what itcosts. I said for 1 sammich? She said your ordered 16 inch. Not the 12. Well maybe I did but any normal window person would saythe 16 inch is $25 would like the 12? I gave her the card and said.. that is a lot for 1 sammich. She rolled her eyes, and shehands me this bag with a sub that is long and big enough for 4 people. I then Said that isnt what I wanted. Very disappointed. Wanted to order for delivery and found out we were out of range. Only a 14 minute (2.8 miles) drive away.... Called the location to ask what is there distance range for delivery so I would know for future orders and the man who answeredthe phone wouldn?t answer my question. Kept asking for my addresses and so I gave it to him and then he said yeah that?s out ofour range (which I told him earlier in the conversation that we were out of range and just was wondering what their distancerange is) and he asked if I wanted a pick up order and I said no and so he hung up on me. Jimmy John's is the sandwich shop with my #1 favorite bread. Their sandwiches are great, bread is outstanding, and their motto... of being "freaky fast" is 100% true. They're like as fast as Taco Bell. I don't even understand how you make a sandwich thatfast? It blows my mind haha. I've been to multiple locations and I normally always get friendly service. And the service hasbeen extra friendly and sweet the last couple times I went to this location that I'm leaving this review on. Read more
The best Jimmy John's around. They have a drive thru, and whoever makes my sandwiches makes them so the center of the fold of... meat is facing the open edge of the sandwich, so no meat edges are trailing off it. Okay, so I decided to order something different from my normal #10 Hunters club on a Sunday morning. I decided to try the new... Smoking Kicking Chicken sandwich. What a mistake. Decided to order a sandwich from this location yesterday afternoon. I've only had Jimmy John's once or twice and it was a long... time ago, so why not? The sandwich selection looked good, but I was seriously baffled by the utter lack of cheese. Veryconfusing. I'm used to a plethora of cheese options, so to see only "provolone" was profoundly disappointing. I would very muchlike an explanation of why only one kind of cheese and why provolone of all the cheeses available. I received my order superfast and the sandwich was fairly tasty. Nothing spectacular, but pretty okay. I was quite pleased with how fast it arrived, andwas even more pleased that it was delivered by an incredibly hot guy named Alex. Alex too seemed rather despondent over the lackof cheese options. He was super friendly and listened to my rant. Despite my cheese related disappointment, I will be orderingagain on the chance the hot guy delivers my food. More cheese! More Alex! Read more
