Had better experiences here, this we just pure worker laziness. Could visually see the annoyance on the face of the workers, and... there food quality shows exactly that. Pretty disappointed. Read more

Came to pick up a pre-order and was told they were temporary closed. Came again this morning for a pre-order and my pick up... option was counter and the app doesn't let me change it. I went through the drive thru and even though I could verify my orderthey still told me to come into the restaurant. The woman was rude and told us to come inside. When I came inside I verified myorder number and the guy came back with my order and wouldn't hand it to me unless I verified what "items" I ordered. I've neverhad a pleasant experience at this location out of the many times I've visited. I will not be returning. Read more

This location is not the greatest. The drive thru line was almost in the streets. So I parked to go inside, and there's all... these self check-out kiosks that didn't work with credit/debit cards. The staff was swamped and it was a lot going on. I got myorder to go, to be hollered at by the lady running the gas station about what door to go out of. Bye Felicia! (Eyeroll) Then getto my car to eat, and my fries aren't hot. I have been to this location before, and it has been quite awhile. It was just not agood day to go. Read more

Service sucked. Person in front of me in drive thru was given my order. I had to ask them to fix it because they never offered.... Poor customer service.... they don't care if they give you someone else's order. I got home and ate and ended up getting sickright away on top of it all. I'll definitely be calling the corporate office in the morning. Read more

My son and I had the worse experience today at the McDonald's on 240th. The cashier was nowhere in sight and when he showed his... face he told us to order from the kiosk and walked away. Then after we ordered, we waited about 25 minutes for our food alongwith other people who had been waiting longer. By the time we got home to eat with the rest of the family, the food was cold,nuggets were dry and hard, fries were cold and the burgers were falling apart in the box. The quality of service has declinedand quite frankly, I don't think I'll be back to that location. Read more

So disappointed. Ordered 2 McDonald's no cheese add tomatoes (mind u to add to 2 sandwiches that's $1) and got 2 seemingly old... McDonald's with cheese and nothing else...not even what's suppose to come on it. And they sure are good at avoiding the frontcounter when a customer is there with a bag clearly trying to get their order fixed...heard them joking about it even. Theyfinally came to the counter after the cust behind me left and I let them know they were losing customers by avoiding thecounter. Read more
