Once upon a time, 20 years ago, I came to Paolo‘s because my best friend worked here as a server. I ordered the Gorgonzola... steak, and have a literally thought about it for the last 20 years. Now 36 years old, I finally got the chance to go back andbring my husband. He met me there after work, complaining that it “ better be some really good Italian food for making himdrive in rush-hour traffic“ ???? He agreed it was worth it. It was just as amazing now, as it was back then. I have never beentoo impressed with steaks my whole adult life, and I think it’s because I had this meal at such a young age, that nothingcould really live up to it!!! We have been coming here for years! We came on Fathers day and was pleasantly surprised with the special Rib eye they had. It... was absolutely delicious. It was cooked perfected and the sauce they used was fantastic. I really enjoy the lasagna andcannoli's they have as well too. We have Carole as our waitress and she is just the sweetest. Carole was on top everything eventhough they were pretty busy this evening. She made suggestions on what to order and made sure our drinks stayed full. Read more
My wife and I asked our little one what she wanted for dinner. "Sketti an' meatballs!" was her answer. Paolo's was close and we... love to support local businesses, so we went. When we first arrived, I was afraid we needed reservations! On a Wednesday night,it was quite busy. However, the staff told us they could have a table for us shortly. While we were waiting, Paul himselfgreeted us and asked if we wanted an appetizer. We chose the cheesy garlic bread and it was ready for us a minute after we wereseated. Best Italian restaurant I ever, I'm not just saying it it my favorite Italian restaurant!! I ordered a "Scallops and shrimp with... crab" the sauce was creamy and very tasty! Angel hair pasta, it came in between creamy red sauce. You can see my other plateclean up cause how good it was. Definitely check out this place for date night or special occasions! My BF and I visited for the first time and absolutely loved this gem of a place so close to us! I got the pork chop and he got... steak, and both dishes were perfectly cooked and completely delicious! We also got the garlic bread to share ... And my oh my itwas good! We also took a few desserts home; the cannoli and the lemon cheesecake were DIVINE! I really wanted to try thetiramisu but they were out, can't wait to try it next time! Service was wonderful, very cozy environment, very friendly staff,and just an overall quality restaurant! Delicious food and amazing service! Our party of two had Fettuccine Paolo and pepperoni pizza. Both were delicious. But really... the service was tops. Everyone was so friendly, efficient and accurate. Will definitely return here, but probably a good idea tomake a reservation next time! Read more
First time dining at Paolo’s and WOW what a pleasant dinner! The restaurant decor was beautiful and our server Nicolas was... fantastic! Everything we ordered was delicious and came out so fast (Monday night) The bruschetta and clams were cookedperfectly and the entrees were so flavorful. Authentic Italian dining prepared by chef Paola!! This was our first time trying this restaurant and we will be back for sure.... The restaurant closes at 8p so highly recommend coming earlier in the evening as they run out of a lot of the food after 7p. Read more
