Don't order delivery. Once you order then you're informed the delivery time. And the delivery fees and tip are paid upfront. We... waited an hour and 10 minutes for a cold pizza. $45.00 for (ONE) cold pizza. Read more

I Oder my pizza like always it took almost 2 hours to get and when I call to ask what was going on, because on the tracker it... said delivered i al to speak to the manager that was working on 8/29/22 at 4/25 she said the order will be there in 15 moreminutes i said it?s been almost two hours her excuse was I don?t have drivers. She said I can remake it but you will have towait 25 to 35 minutes i said that is to long, i ask for her name and she refuses to give me her name and hangs up on me. I willnever order from papa johns again they always use the excuse that they have no driver, why offer delivery if you have nodrivers. Read more
Our pizza was not even cut Delivery time is horrible 48 bucks for two cold pizzas Female employee makes dough with her... long, Fake bacteria ridden nails. Called to complain asked for corporate to contact me To no avail. Never heard fromanyone. Way better options all around. This papa johns has gone downhill drastically. They have a good product and the service is good, although I really don't like having to call off shore to order a pizza. Their... main problem is that they are not consistent in how they prepare their product. We had pizza one time and it was totallyamazing! We ordered again a few weeks later and ordered the exact same pizzas we had previously and they weren't prepared thesame and were just okay. I would order more often if I were able to get a consistently good product. Read more
