Make sure that you order 2 hours in advanced. I placed an order online, to be delivered by a specific time. As a lunch for my... employees. When I tried to call to see what was up with my large order. I placed a call, that went to a call center, and thenplaced on hold for over a half an hour. Delivery was on time. Didn't get exactly what I want. Wanted cheese sticks not garlic bread stick. Come on man! My receipt even... says 'Chse Stx'! I don't know how many of these orders get mixed up when it is on a big screen that tells you what we want onit, how we want it, and when we want it. I never even got my order! My phone died right before the delivery arrived (totally my fault) so I missed the delivery notice,... but when I tried to call the store 5 mins later when my phone chargers enough to turn back in, i just reached an internationalcall center. They said they could transfer me to the store but after trying THREE times at around 8:00pm and waiting on holdover 10 minutes each time, I gave up and called the main corporate number instead to just request a refund. Low and behold itwas another call center and even they couldn?t give me a refund or do anything to help me!! They said someone would email mewithin a day or two and here we are four days later and I have no refund, no communication, nothing. I am so frustrated and Ijust would like a refund for an order I never even received! It?s terrible service to not be able to speak to someone in a storeto resolve an issue like this. It?s frustrating to have to call and email and communicate so many times to get a refund!!Overall we love your food but the service made this a terrible experience. I paid $60 for a Big Box Meal just to get my order with dry pasta that was not good and BURNT cheese sticks that were not... edible. I highly would not recommend this location. Told me to email them so they could fix the problem, just for me to neverreceive an email back from them. Terrible customer service all around. Read more
