Ordered here for the first time today. Straight trash customer service. No communication skills like the workers here were born... yesterday and are scared of people. No customer service skills. Rude, dismissive, not even the smallest amount of kindness orcare about our order. We called because the our address was recorded wrong and have been on hold for over 20 minutes now, justto correct one number. We're about to drive to talk to them in person. This is unreal. Paid 50$ for 2 large pizzas. Got 25% of what i paid for. Not enough sauce, toppings were barely there and the little that was... there was not spread out. Again the pizza lacked 75% of everything sauce and all toppings. Ive been avoiding this particularrestaurant for years and will never go back. The quality is far too low. Read more
I walked into this restaurant at 7:00 pm on 8/10/22 and the manager told me that he could not take my order. I asked why and he... said ?because I?m not taking orders?. I was confused and asked what time they are closing. He said 11:00 pm. So I walk on at7:00 pm but my order is refused??? I asked if they are only taking online orders, he said yes. Then I said, ?so I can walk intomy car, put an order on my phone and you?ll make it, but you won?t take my order while I stand in your restaurant?? He?sresponse ?yes? Pizza was over a half hour late, I was picking it up. I had to ask for my pizza despite the fact they knew I was there already... and waiting for it. Staff was a mix of busy, unorganized/untrained/in the back yelling at other employees that pizza wassticking to the racks. Repeatedly. Loud enough the other guests waiting to place orders or pickup (nobody was up front) were alllooking around at each other pretty shocked. My pizza was supposed to be extra cheese and wasn't even the regular amount ofcheese EDIT***** AS you can see they responded below, pretending to have an interest in fixing this problem, zero response wasgiven, its just a ploy to make it seem like they care about their customers. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. We had ordered delivery, and when we were waiting we got a text from... door dash, saying that our order had been picked up even tho we ordered through pizza huts website so we thought that was superstrange. Literally 5 min go by, check text messages and there?s a text from a random number, not even identifying themselves asdoor dash saying ?no one is home? no calls no nothing. The text was only sent 2 minute before and then when we tried to getahold of them they repeatedly ignored our calls. So naturally we start trying to get ahold of Pizza Hut, we were on hold forover 25 min. I decided I would just drive there to get this all resolved, I walk in, wait at the front desk for 10 min, manyemployees look at me but no one cares to help me. Finally someone says hi, and I tell them the situation, no apologies,interrupting me multiple times, says he would have it remade and that it would only be 7 min. I tried calling this location and it took over 10 minutes to pick up the phone. 1 hour and 30 minute wait for 1 pizza. Pizza got... here cold, Also got delivered to the wrong door so my neighbor knocked on my door and dropped it off to me instead of thedelivery driver. Read more
Ordered delivery from this location. After an hour, I decided to call them to see why I haven't got my pizza. Waited on the... phone for over 10 minutes, then was put on hold again for another 5 minutes and still no one came back, so I call back again. Finally someone answered, and told me that they have my order as a carry out!! when they asked me if I wanted delivery, I givethem my address 6 times because she kept getting it wrong. After they corrected the address, she told me that it'll costanother $7.00 for delivery! LOL at $30 for one large pizza, no thanks. If I want to pay $30 for a pizza, I'll order it fromFerrelli's. I told them to cancel my order knowing that even when it's delivered, it'll be cold since I have already waited anhour. No one even bothered to contact me.
