I want to give this Sonic credit for a good experience today. I ordered a Super Sonic bacon double cheeseburger, tots and a Dr... Pepper. The burger was good for fast food and I liked that the patties were as big as the buns. The tater tots were not hot perse but definitely a good eating temperature from a heat lamp. I hate scalding my tongue or waiting till they cool down to eatanyway. I was most impressed by how fast my order was ready. I used the drive thru by the way because the little drive ins wereclosed last time I tried to eat here. I saw several cars parked there but didn't want to bother and needed to get on the road. I would give it zero stars if I could. Customer service was non-existent. It was 630 pm not busy. I ordered the dbl bacon... cheeseburger it came dry with no condiments on it, my tots were cold I mean refrigerator cold. The chicken strip meals weresupposed to have onion rings but they were missing. My cherry limeade tasted like it was water downed 7 up. Did I mention thatthe customer service sucked.. avoid this place at all costs, you'll save money and a stomach ache. Read more

This was my 3rd time trying any Sonic drive-in, and I have to say I've had nothing but bad experiences each time! All their... advertising states that if you use their app you can get your drinks half price, which was great drinks were what I was therefor. Each time however, not only did the app not work, after having to go through the drive through to order, our orders weren'tmade right. I get that they have a lot of options for drinks and additions, but when the order is taken properly (you can see onthe screen that they punched everything in correctly) yet the drink is so far off that it's almost undrinkable (asked for avanilla cherry Dr pepper, not sure what it was that was delivered the first time) we had to go back more then once just for thisone drink let alone the food issues that my partner had. Having to go through the drive through 3 times and having to pay for 4drinks total to get 2 drinks and a couple corn dogs was not worth it, and I'll never be back again. I've never had such a badexperience at a fast food place before, and there way no way to go in and complain. I don't know how others experiences are, butthis was the third try I gave them with similar issues each time. That's more then enough tries to get things right, the fundrinks aren't worth it! It was a cool experience to get to order through the large screens on the side. Presentation of the drinks were disappointing... though. Order a small blue raspberry berry with nerds slush and the cup was just one of those regular foam cups so it didn?tlook nice for pictures. The drink itself was pretty decent though. Read more

I used the app and ordered ahead. The food was not ready at the time that it was suppose to be. About 12 minutes later, I... received a notice that my order was on the way out. After another 10 minutes, I went up to the building and flagged down anemployee. She was able to go in and retrieve the order. The burger was no longer warm. The tots and the slushy were fine.Ordering ahead did nothing to speed up the order. I should have just gone through the drive through. Read more

I have to admit this trip was the best by far out here in Washington. Our food was fresh and hot and not really a long wait. All... our food had a really good flavor to it. No regrets later in the evening either lol. We felt like we were back home in Tennesseeat one of their sonic drive-ins and it felt good to have that again. We arrived at the drive thru at 9:40 when we asked for the double bacon cheeseburger, the girl on the other end told us ?we... close in 20 minutes so we aren?t doing bacon? although google & the receipt say open until 12am! They were extremely rude,interrupting us while we ordered, food was all cold, our mozzarella sticks were hard in the middle, cheese on burgers wasn?tmelted, and burgers were smashed.
