Walked in to order my coffee. Waited for 10minutes for a peppermint mocha. No one in the lobby and 2 people walked in for... curbside. There was no urgency. The barista would stop everything just to chat and tell stories. Doesn?t Starbucks have astandard regarding wait times? Read more
